4 PM – 12 AM ISTWebsite: Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for designing and providing solutions to automate business processes through the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), GenAI and LLM technologies. They will work closely with business (Clients) and internal stakeholders (Technology) to identify and evaluate potential opportunities for automation and develop solutions to meet the business needs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of client's business processes and RPA and AI technology and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies. In addition, they should have excellent communication (speaking and written), problem-solving and analytical skills, and be able to quickly identify and address any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities1.

Execute and lead the requirements gathering process to define and document the functional requirements for RPA and AI solutions.2.

Develop and document process flows, use cases, and other artifacts to support RPA and any AI solution design.3.

Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and other documentation to support the development of RPA and AI solutions.4.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and present project status reports to customers.5.

Act as a liaison between the IT team and the business to ensure that solutions are designed and implemented in line with the business requirements.6.

Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and issues.7.

Analyze existing processes and recommend ways to improve process efficiency using RPA and AI solutions.8.

Research emerging technologies and trends and recommend potential solution opportunities.9.

Develop and maintain comprehensive business process, data, and system models for RPA and AI solutions.10. Train and mentor other team members in the use of RPA and AI technologies and processes.
