We are hiring "Business Analyst" for our client leading manufacturing company for their IT Division.

Job Title Business Analyst

Exp: 2 to 5 years

Rs.5,20,000/- LPA

Job Purpose Business Analysts ensure that business requirements and processes are fullyunderstood and clearly documented. They are responsible for the initiation,discovery, definition and shaping of a wide range of products and projectsacross the company. Business Analysts are responsible for interpreting andanalyzing research/ information shared by the users and data to gainbusiness insight and drive sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities

JAD/RAD sessions, use case development, process flow diagrams, Prioritizing requirements,Business process modelling, Agile- Scrum.Requirement gathering and articulating user, business and technical requirements (bothfunctional and non-functional), documenting accurately, to ensure all requirements thatcontribute to a business case.Collaborate and interact with multi-disciplined teams for initial feasibility study, solution designand business justification to ensure there is a clear understanding of what change is beingproposed and whyAcquire in-depth knowledge of existing business processes and systems, documenting processmodels and task analysis, to identify areas for potential process improvementIdentify business risk and issues, and detail business impact for mitigation plansBuild and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders and designated contacts,to share business system and domain knowledgeWork closely with Project and Product management teams with the purpose of providinganalysis updates, removing task blockers to facilitate business or technical decisionsWork with business areas to define business benefits and introducing measures to baseline,track and report progress against targets, to measure performance and value.Knowledge, skills, training and experienceDegree in Business Management or bachelors Degree in Software Development, IT/ComputerEngineering or similar.Minimum 2 years of experience preferred in enterprise IT or other relevant field, or equivalentexperienceComprehensive knowledge of business and data analysis tools and techniques such as:requirements engineering, structured analysis and design.Select different business analysis techniques appropriate and relevant to delivery scopedrawing on applied expertiseStrong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to get the message across andrelate to the audienceAbility to effectively manage professional relationships; listening, encouraging discussion andpromoting two-way communicationComprehensive knowledge of project lifecycle delivery as a Business Analyst in a technicalenvironmentDevelops and creates project plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, accountability, projectgoals, and timelines.Strong planning and organizational skills, able to prioritize and take the appropriate course ofactionHigh resilience, able to take input and direction to then run with a task, working on own
