Job Description

We are looking for a
self-driven Digital Marketing Expert
who can independently manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will handle our
social media pages, daily content development, and two company websites
, while continuously exploring new opportunities for online promotions and audience engagement.

This role is designed for someone who doesn't just wait for tasks, but actively
designs her own Plan of Action (POA)
, brings ideas to the table, and executes them with consistency and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, daily content.
  • Develop, schedule, and execute content strategies to attract and retain audiences.
  • Oversee and update two company websites for performance, content, and SEO improvements.
  • Identify new promotional opportunities across digital platforms.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Design and implement monthly POA without needing constant assignments.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    social media management, content creation, and website handling
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing, SEO, and online branding
    .
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Minimum
    2–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
