Role Overview: We’re looking for a Growth Manager who can operate at the intersection of brand and performance — balancing analytical precision with creative excellence. You’ll be responsible for the full digital funnel: from mid-funnel acquisition and CRM-driven engagement to reputation management and website optimization . You will also play a key role in building internal alignment across teams to ensure brand consistency while driving measurable growth outcomes. Job Description: A marketer who can think like a strategist, act like a performance analyst, and create like a storyteller. You understand how brand perception and performance metrics work together to fuel sustainable growth. Build and optimize the digital acquisition funnel through initiatives such as webinars, CRM journeys, and website enhancements. Manage ORM and GMB channels to ensure reputation health and actionable feedback loops. Partner with brand and creative teams to build high-performing campaigns that stay true to the brand voice. Lead SEO project management and organic growth initiatives. Improve digital assets (website, CRM, automation) to enhance conversion and customer experience. Identify growth bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and deploy experiments that drive measurable impact on lead quality and cost efficiency. Support internal brand communication to ensure consistent storytelling across teams. Mandatory Skills: 4+ years of experience in growth marketing , performance management , or brand marketing (agency or in-house). Strong analytical foundation with comfort in funnel analysis and campaign experimentation. Creative sensibility — ability to evaluate ideas and content through a brand lens. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.G., WebEngage, MoEngage, HubSpot). Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
