AI & Search Optimization Specialist Location: Bengaluru (On-site) Experience: 2–3 Years Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven and innovative AI & Search Optimization Specialist who is passionate about helping content and websites not just rank on traditional SERPs, but also secure prominent visibility within AI-powered search results, summaries, and suggestions. This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with new ideas, deeply understands the emerging landscape of AI/LLM-driven search, and can seamlessly blend advanced Technical SEO practices with AI content optimization to deliver measurable growth for our clients. As part of Growth Hackers—one of India’s fastest-growing performance marketing and AI-first agencies—you’ll work closely with our content, design, and media teams to ensure our clients’ websites are positioned as the most authoritative and relevant sources for AI models. Key Responsibilities AI Optimization & Authority Optimize Content for AI Suggestions: Develop and implement strategies to structure website content (e.G., using schema, clear Q&A formats, and authoritative sources) to increase the probability of ranking in AI Overviews, SGE, and other LLM-driven knowledge panels. E-E-A-T Signal Enhancement: Conduct in-depth audits and create strategies focused on reinforcing Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T) to establish clients as definitive sources in the eyes of search algorithms and AI models. AI Tool Integration: Lead the experimentation and implementation of AI/LLM-driven tools for advanced keyword clustering, content generation prompts, and optimization analysis. Future-Proofing Search Strategy: Stay ahead of AI-driven changes in search algorithms and proactively advise clients on adapting their digital presence to capture traffic from emerging search interfaces. SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and implement holistic SEO strategies tailored for client objectives (on-page, off-page & technical). Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and detailed content optimization. Build and manage high-quality link-building campaigns to enhance Domain Authority, focusing on sources that reinforce E-E-A-T. Perform detailed Technical SEO audits to resolve issues like indexing, crawlability, site speed, and mobile-friendliness. Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure seamless implementation of technical and on-page fixes. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor SEO/AI Optimization KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI suggestion visibility, conversions). Share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations, including the impact of AI-focused changes. Continuously test, analyze, and refine search strategies for improved ROI. What You’ll Need to Succeed 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred). Proven understanding of how LLMs and AI Overviews/SGE interpret and summarize content. Strong command of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). Direct experience with advanced schema markup (structured data) implementation for enhanced AI and SERP features. Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
