Role Overview :

Position : Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

Location : Hyderabad

Experience Required : 5+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities and Expectations :

Development Experience :

Dynamics 365 CRM/CE :

- Requires over 5 years of hands-on development experience with the Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) suite.

- Involves working on various modules, customizations, and extensions within Dynamics 365.

Technical Skills :

- .Net Framework/Core & C# : Strong expertise in .NET technologies (both Framework and Core) and C# for backend development.

- Web API/REST : Experience in developing robust solutions using Web API and RESTful services for integrations and extending CRM functionalities.

- Front-End Technologies : Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and XML for customizing user interfaces and building responsive designs within Dynamics 365.

Version Control :


Git : A solid understanding of Git, including concepts like branching, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution. This is crucial for collaborative development environments.

Problem-Solving & Debugging :

Analytical Skills : Ability to debug complex issues within Dynamics 365, propose effective solutions, and ensure system stability and performance.

Communication & Collaboration :

Interpersonal Skills :

- Strong communication skills are necessary for articulating dependencies, timelines, and expectations with various stakeholders.

Cross-Team Collaboration :

- Ability to work effectively with other teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and clients.

Bonus Points :

Certifications : Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 are preferred, as they demonstrate a validated level of expertise.

Database & Reporting :

SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI :

- Experience with these tools is advantageous for data management, ETL processes, and reporting within the Dynamics 365 environment.

Azure Experience :

Azure Functions :

- Experience with Azure Functions is a plus, indicating familiarity with cloud-based development and serverless computing.

Community Contributions :

GitHub/Developer Communities :

- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities (e.g., Stack Overflow, Microsoft Q&A) are valued, as they showcase the candidate's involvement in the broader tech community.

Global Collaboration :

Global Environment Experience :
