Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Chief Engineer. The Assistant Chief Engineer will oversee daily operations of the engineering department, including maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing the engineering team. Duties include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, scheduling repairs, and collaborating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in maintenance management and facilities management
- Experience with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Skills in team management, scheduling, and supervisory roles
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
