Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations at our Kurnool office. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture while driving organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy Development: Design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee hiring processes to attract and retain top talent. Employee Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships between employees and management, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances effectively. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Performance Management: Develop and manage performance evaluation systems to ensure organizational objectives are met. Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal standards. Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits programs, and compensation strategies to ensure competitive offerings. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements, minimizing risks for the organization. HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve efficiency. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and team-building activities. Change Management: Lead HR initiatives during periods of organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in an HR managerial role. Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
