We are hiring a Sales Manager to take full ownership of revenue growth and team performance. You will lead a high-energy sales team, drive learner enrollments, achieve revenue targets and provide accurate reporting to leadership.

What youll do:

  • Lead & mentor Sales Counselors to hit targets.
  • Own revenue numbers & deliver weekly forecasts.
  • Drive consultative selling, pricing, and closure strategies.
  • Maximize upsell, cross-sell & re-engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Product to optimize campaigns.

What were looking for:

  • 35 years B2C sales experience, 2+ in team management (EdTech preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation & CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) skills.
