JobSummary :
Theideal candidate for the Product Manager role must possess handsonexperience in product management demonstrating a proven trackrecord of successfully delivering technology and IT solutions. Thisincludes comprehensive expertise in managing the entire productlifecycle encompassing scope and requirement definition budgetmanagement stakeholder and risk management product launch and userexperience enhancement. A strong background in collaborating withcrossfunctional teams and possessing an indepth knowledge oftechnology trends is essential. The candidate should exhibit aclear focus on omnichannel customer experience activelycollaborating with business teams partners and stakeholders todrive innovation and deliver a seamless experience for thebrand.Deliverables:
1.Product Roadmap: Develop a clear and welldefined product roadmapaligning with organizational objectives. Create a comprehensiveplan encompassing clear milestones timelines and resourceallocations to guide projectprogression.
2.Product Requirements Document (PRD):Generate detailed documentationoutlining product features specifications and functionalities. Thiscomprehensive document serves as a blueprint for successful productdevelopment.
3.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research on productssolutions and innovations to meet both short and longterm businessneeds. This proactive approach ensures alignment with currentmarket trends and futuredemands.
4.Vendor Management: Execute vendor management processes includingconducting reviews organizing demos defining scope validating proofof concept and negotiating contracts. Work closely with vendors toalign project plans and milestones with organizationalobjectives.
5.Reporting: Regularly produce detailed status reports that provideinsights into project progress challenges encountered and upcomingmilestones. This facilitates transparent communication and informeddecisionmaking.
Developand present regular reports highlighting identified project risksand corresponding mitigation strategies. This proactive riskmanagement approach ensures a more resilient projectdelivery.
Developa comprehensive launch plan detailing the steps required for thesuccessful introduction of new products or features. This planincludes coordinated efforts for marketing documentation and aseamlessrollout.
Regularlycompile and present user feedback reports summarizing insightsgathered from user interactions.
