Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a DevOps Sales Manager. As a DevOps Sales Manager at OpsMx, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling OpsMx Intelligent Software Delivery (ISD) Platform solutions to customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, drive customer acquisition and retention, and achieve sales targets. If you are passionate about DevOps and have a proven track record in sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a sales role, in the DevOps or software delivery industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong knowledge of DevOps concepts, software delivery pipelines, and CI/CD processes
Ideal candidates will have experience within the fields of DevOps related software, open-source software and a high level of curiosity for the DevOps ecosystem.
5+ years in enterprise software sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively demonstrate product value to customers
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets
Ability to work independently and remotely, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
