Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Branding, Marketing, and Sales Intern to assist in promoting our DevOps training programs. This role will focus on building brand awareness, implementing marketing strategies, recruiting students, and driving sales of our DevOps online courses and interview preparation services.
The internship begins with a 45-day unpaid probation period, after which, based on performance, a paid internship position will be offered with a stipend of INR 15,000 per month .
Responsibilities :
Branding :
Assist in enhancing DevOps Enlight's brand identity across various platforms.
Create and curate content for blogs, social media posts, and newsletters to engage with potential students.
Support the development of a consistent and appealing brand message.
Marketing :
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to attract candidates to our DevOps courses.
Explore and utilize new marketing channels to expand the reach of our training programs.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to drive more conversions.
Recruitment :
Identify and engage with prospective students for DevOps Enlight's training programs.
Support recruitment efforts by managing communication with potential trainees.
Organize and promote online events such as webinars and demos to attract more students.
Sales :
Convert leads into enrollments, handling inquiries from interested candidates.
Meet sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Requirements :
Passion for branding, marketing, recruitment, and sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
Basic understanding of DevOps is beneficial, but not required.
Compensation :
First 45 days will be an unpaid probation period.
Upon successful completion, you will be offered a paid internship at INR 15,000 per month .
The paid internship will be based on your performance in branding, marketing, and sales.
