**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Participate in product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging sales materials and presentations.
- Provide support in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals during client meetings and negotiations.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiasm for sales and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
