Role Overview

As a Sales Intern at BLA Etech, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside a seasoned sales team, learn the art of B2B sales, and build relationships with potential clients. This internship will give you exposure to the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, providing a solid foundation for a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and outreach.
  • Reach out to prospective clients via emails, calls, and to pitch BLA Etech’s products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Support in preparing proposals, sales presentations, and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client details, sales activity, and progress.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the team for strategic planning.
  • Attend team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance your skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales tools like CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in business, marketing, or engineering is preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or internships in similar roles is a bonus.
