Key Responsibilities

 Analyze and monitor revenue streams across multiple business channels

(D2C, B2B, marketplaces, etc.).

 Conduct financial and business performance analysis to identify growth

opportunities and operational efficiencies.

 Prepare revenue forecasts, business models, and performance dashboards.

 Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align

business strategies with data insights.

 Track and report on e-commerce KPIs across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and

other relevant platforms.

 Identify trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to recommend

strategic actions.

 Assist in budget planning, ROI analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.

 Document business processes, requirements, and improvement

recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or

related field (MBA preferred).

 Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/business

strategy role.

 Strong knowledge of business revenue channels and financial performance

metrics.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets,and analytical/reporting tools.

 Understanding of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce

platforms is a plus.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present

findings to stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes

 Finance or accounting background with strong grasp of P&L, margins, and

profitability analysis.

 Experience in e-commerce analytics, marketplace revenue tracking, or digital

sales strategy.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
