  • Implement solutions like automation to streamline workflows.

Project Management

  • Plan and manage the project life cycle from initiation to closure.
  • Track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Liaise between project team, sponsors and stakeholders.

Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Key business analyst responsibilities include requirements gathering, process analysis, project management, and QA testing.
  • Performing process analysis and documentation through methods like flowcharts.
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
  • Researching and evaluating software, tools and automation options.
  • Creating detailed requirements documentation and specifications.
  • Supporting solution design, testing and implementation.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and business cases.
  • Managing projects and product delivery schedules.
  • Communicating with various stakeholders and team members.
