Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech/MCA degree with MBA.
  • Proven minimum 15 years of experience in large scale and complex project management in Public Sector Should have led at least 2 similar projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / PRINCE2.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources and monitor project progress against the plan.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams in understanding and adhering to technical aspects.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Coordinate efforts among team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned with project goals.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met.
