Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

1. BE/B.Tech/MCA degree with MBA.
2. Proven minimum 15 years of experience in large scale and complex project management in Public Sector Should have led at least 2 similar projects.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / PRINCE2.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
2. Ensure effective utilization of resources and monitor project progress against the plan.
3. Provide guidance and support to internal teams in understanding and adhering to technical aspects.
4. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
5. Coordinate efforts among team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned with project goals.
6. Facilitate regular team meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders.
7. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis.
8. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met.
