The Procurement Executive's responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers, evaluating and negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing relationships with key suppliers, and maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.

ResponsibilitiesNegotiate prices and contracts with suppliers.Prepare purchase orders and ensure order accuracy.Track orders and ensure timely delivery.Resolve issues related to purchasing, delivery, and payment.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met.Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.Source potential suppliers and maintain relationships with current suppliers.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree2 to 5 years of Proven experience as a Procurement Executive, Procurement Officer, or similar role, preferably in real-estate industry.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and proceduresFamiliarity with sourcing and vendor management.Proficient in MS Office and ERP software (e.g., Zoho etc)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyStrong analytical skills with attention to detail.Problem-solving aptitude and proactive mindset.
