Job Summary:

The Operations & Procurement Executive will play a crucial role in managing the procurement of goods, overseeing supply chain operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management:
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and quality of products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure uninterrupted supply.
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage logistics, including scheduling deliveries and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of suppliers to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and company regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, preferably in the agricultural or food industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
