Our journey is only 5% complete, and we are committed to achieving our mission:Ring every doorbell, every day.Role Overview TheLead Business Analystwill take on a leadership role in defining and driving strategic business initiatives. This role involves setting the direction for business analysis, leading a team of analysts, and providing executive-level insights to support decision-making. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with senior leadership to align business strategies with operational execution, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:Define and lead the business analysis strategy, ensuring alignment with noon’s overall objectives. Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Executive Insights & Reporting:Provide high-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making. Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Drive collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment on project goals and delivering impactful outcomes. Process Optimization & Innovation:Lead efforts to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth. Project Oversight:Oversee major business initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business priorities.Qualifications Bachelor’s degreein Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experiencein business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience leading and mentoring teams. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience working with executive teams and delivering high-level insights. Deep understanding of business processes and operational efficiency. Experience in the e-commerce or technology sector is highly preferred.
