We enable your best to power our future.  Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Assurance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue accounting and will support the Revenue Assurance Leader in overseeing all aspects of revenue recognition processes and the Revenue Assurance Associates. They will play a significant role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition and actively engage in revenue operations, including reconciliations with SAP Revenue Accounting and Recognition (RAR). This role plays a significant part in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and supporting effective decision-making processes. Responsibilities : Supervise Associates ●Motivate, train, and develop the Revenue Assurance Associates Revenue Operations ●Support regular reconciliations of revenue transactions against SAP RAR to ensure accuracy and completeness●Help investigate and resolve discrepancies between financial records and SAP RAR data●Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, implementations, and issue resolution Data Analysis ●Undertake analysis of revenue data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement●Work with cross-functional teams to understand and address data-related issues Audit Support ●Assist in the preparation of documentation and support for internal and external audits related to revenue recognition●Support the Revenue Assurance Leader in addressing audit queries to ensure compliance with audit requirements Continuous Improvement ●Support efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements in revenue recognition and related systems●Participate in projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in the revenue accounting function Reporting and Documentation ●Support the preparation of accurate and timely revenue-related financial reports●Support the maintenance of comprehensive documentation of revenue accounting processes and decisions Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in revenue accounting Knowledge and experience with SAP RAR is an advantage Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration skills This role offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the financial success of our organization while supporting the revenue recognition processes.
