The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Marketing communication, Market strategy, sales management.Typical Role Requirements:Qualification: MBA in Sales & MarketingExperience >

4 years experience in sales & marketingQualificationsExperience in Sales and Training.Project management: Plan, assign tasks, set timelines, and execute marketing campaigns.Market research: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify customer needs and preferences, industry trends, and competitors.Develop marketing strategies: Work with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Advertising campaigns: Develop advertising campaigns to promote the company's services and identify new business opportunities Budget management: Manage the budget allocated for promotional activities, whether online or offline Public relations: Maintain strong public relations and brand imageThe ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects while keeping everyone on the team informed and on trackSales Management expertiseExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Develop marketing and sales strategies, including sales approaches for promotions and events, and marketing plans for products and services.Plan, develop, and implement advertisements, and set marketing schedules.Forecast requirements and prepare annual budgets, and develop sales quotas for regions.Conduct market research, including sourcing and storing information about competitors' products.Analyze sales and marketing budgets, and use data insights to adapt campaigns.Summarize market data in reports for leadership, and create performance reports.Coordinate with colleagues, sponsors, and media representatives to implement strategies across multiple channels.Provide technical and application-related support to sales and marketing teams and customers.Build long-term client connections by understanding their needs and providing value.Responsible for driving the team to success, ensuring cost-effective activities, and using online tools to grow the brand and engage customers.Responsible for preparing marketing materials, maintaining pricing information, and conceptualizing strategies to generate sales conversions.Responsible for driving sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies, and maintaining customer relationships Responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and implementing SEO techniques to increase site traffic and revenue, and make webpages rank higher in search engine results.Qualified Candidates are requested to share their respective profile at Competitive Salary Package as per market along with free bees shall be offered to the respective candidates.
