Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures for project management across the
organization.

2. Define and maintain project management templates, tools, and reports to ensure consistency and
quality in project delivery.

3. Provide guidance and support to project managers in utilizing standardized processes and tools
effectively.

4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with project management standards and
identify areas for improvement.

5. Assist in defining the KRAs and KPIs/metrics to measure and monitor performance of individual
project managers.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and optimize resource
allocation.

7. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate team members on project management best
practices and tools.

8. Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for
improvement.

9. Act as a liaison between project managers, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to
communicate project status, issues, and recommendations.

10. Lead or support special projects and initiatives related to process improvement, organizational
change, or strategic planning.

11. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management to continuously enhance organizational Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Master's degree in business administration or PMP
certification is a plus. Should have done Btech/BE from Tier-1 college.

2. 7+ yrs of proven experience in project management or a related role, with a focus on process improvement and standardization. Prior experience in a PMO role is a plus.

3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
diverse stakeholders.

6. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving change and influencing others.

7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
effectively.

8. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and productivity
tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).

9. A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to enhance
processes and drive efficiencies.

10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

11.Having worked in a scaled organization as well as a venture in the 10 to 100 journey would be a plus.
