The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team and multiple projects simultaneously.

The Day-to-Day

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Organize, plan, budget, and implement multiple projects, work packages, tasks and risks issues.
  • Ensure that projects are implemented on time for filling Safety, Quality and Cost Target
  • Identification of Critical Path and mitigation of key risks in project cycle including appropriate communication to key stakeholders and Management team
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  • Able to contribute effectively to People Management together with competencies in both the technical and commercial sides.


Your Background

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of working experience in project management.
  • Experience as a Project Manager for Medium & Large projects involving cross-Functional & cross-Cultural teams.
  • Atlassian Jira software previous is a must.
  • Able to transfer knowledge to others via expert stakeholder management.
  • User of Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams and SharePoint
