Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of proven experience in project management within the interior design or construction industry, demonstrating expertise in managing client relations, project coordination, budget control, and leadership. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, meeting quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage Client Relations: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations. - Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Project Coordination and Supervision: - Oversee all aspects of project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment to internal and external teams. - Conduct regular site visits and inspections to supervise construction progress, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.

3. Management: - Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting accountability for project deliverables and milestones. - Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and project objectives.

4. Special Projects: - Take on special projects and initiatives as required by the company, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.

5. Project Management Software Utilization: - Utilize project management software to stay organized, track project progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.

6. Budget Control: - Develop and maintain project budgets, monitoring expenses, analysing variances, and implementing cost-saving measures to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.

7. Conceptual Designs and Construction: - Collaborate with design teams to develop conceptual designs and translate them into actionable construction plans. - Oversee the construction phase, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.

8. Evaluate Project Performance: - Evaluate project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

9. Leadership: - Provide strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project goals and deliver excellence.

10. Plan and Develop Project Idea: - Work closely with clients and stakeholders to plan and develop project ideas, aligning project objectives with client vision and business goals.

11. Project Budgeting: - Collaborate with the finance department to develop comprehensive project budgets, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with client expectations.

12. Project Management of Consultants: - Coordinate and manage external consultants and vendors involved in the project, ensuring clear communication, timely deliverables, and adherence to project requirements.


Qualifications: -

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Proven track record of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the interior design or construction industry.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
