Location: Bangalore
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full talent lifecycle, including on boarding, talent management, and retention strategies.- Design and implement employee engagement programs and performance management frameworks that align with organizational goals.- Oversee policy restructuring and ensure seamless implementation to foster a fair and efficient work environment.- Drive rewards and recognition initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.- Develop and maintain strong employee relations, offering guidance on complex employee issues and ensuring fair resolutions.- Provide strategic business consultation, leveraging HR expertise to influence decisions at all levels.- Champion ethical practices and maintain a global perspective in managing HR processes.- Collaborate with leadership teams to evaluate, design, and execute projects that drive organizational success.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition.- Must have exposure in APAC region handling.- Has exposure in handling more than 400+ employee company.- Exposure with performance appraisal, recruitment strategy, POSH, budget allocation.- Proven ability to evaluate and influence business strategies through strong consulting and communication skills.- Deep understanding of global and cultural effectiveness, and ability to navigate diverse work environments.- Leadership presence with a track record of driving change and influencing organizational behaviour.- Strong commitment to ethical practice and upholding HR best practices.- If you are an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving business success through innovative HR strategies, apply now to join a fast-paced and thriving organization.
