IInfotanks is seeking a dynamic and strategic HRBP Director to join with one of our esteemed client. This role will drive impactful HR initiatives across multiple facets of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Performance Management, while also exhibiting strong business acumen to guide and influence our company's HR strategies.


Position: HRBP Director

Duration: Fulltime (Mon - Fri) Onsite

Location: Bangalore


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the full talent lifecycle, including on boarding, talent management, and retention strategies.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs and performance management frameworks that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee policy restructuring and ensure seamless implementation to foster a fair and efficient work environment.
  • Drive rewards and recognition initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.
  • Develop and maintain strong employee relations, offering guidance on complex employee issues and ensuring fair resolutions.
  • Provide strategic business consultation, leveraging HR expertise to influence decisions at all levels.
  • Champion ethical practices and maintain a global perspective in managing HR processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to evaluate, design, and execute projects that drive organizational success.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


  • Expertise in HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
  • Must have exposure in APAC region handling.
  • Has exposure in handling more than 400+ employee company.
  • Exposure with performance appraisal, recruitment strategy, POSH, budget allocation.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and influence business strategies through strong consulting and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of global and cultural effectiveness, and ability to navigate diverse work environments.
  • Leadership presence with a track record of driving change and influencing organizational behaviour.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practice and upholding HR best practices.
