As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and trends to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Monitor and analyse market performance metrics to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Manage the budget for sales and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitive activities and industry trends.
Job Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry in Karnataka.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated with a strategic mindset.
