Senior Manager – Cloud Infrastructure Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai Job Purpose The incumbent will play a key role in modernizing infrastructure, enhancing system reliability, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all technology operations. To lead and manage the organization’s cloud infrastructure initiatives, ensuring a secure, scalable, and efficient technology environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the organization’s cloud infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency. • Drive migration projects — transitioning legacy on-premises systems to cloud-based infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP). • Oversee deployment, automation, monitoring, and optimization of cloud environments. • Manage and enhance disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity frameworks. • Collaborate with information security teams to ensure compliance with RBI/SEBI IT governance guidelines. • Optimize infrastructure performance through capacity planning, automation, and cost management. • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve system resilience and performance. • Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams for infrastructure upgrades and service improvements. Key Requirements: • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a strong understanding of both on premises and hybrid setups. • Proven track record of managing migration projects from on-site to cloud. • Expertise in one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud. • Solid knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, networking, and system administration. • Experience with security frameworks, IAM policies, and data protection protocols. • Preferably from broking, capital markets, or financial services domain with exposure to regulated environments. • Strong leadership, vendor management, and project execution skills. Preferred Certifications (Good to Have) • AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Sys Ops Administrator • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect • ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications for process management
