Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales/Business Development Representative with 1-2 years of experience in driving revenue growth through direct outreach and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities while meeting ambitious sales and logo acquisition targets.

This role is pivotal in expanding Enqurious' client base and building strong, lasting partnerships. The selected candidate will benefit from sales closures through attractive incentives and will set an example by actively participating in meetings and delivering on business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify target prospects across industries using multiple platforms and tools.
  • Build and manage a well-structured database of potential clients.

Outreach & Engagement:

  • Conduct strategic outreach through emails, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator (InMail), and calls to connect with decision-makers and key influencers.
  • Customize communication to resonate with client needs and business goals.
  • Schedule and lead client meetings for the Sales Head and Founders.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into active clients.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure progression through the sales funnel.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Actively engage in client meetings to secure deals and meet closure targets.
  • Contribute to business development strategies that drive revenue growth.

Data & Performance Management:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales and outreach activities using MS Excel and, eventually, CRM tools.
  • Analyze outreach data to refine strategies and optimize performance.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Partner with the Sales Head and Founders to align on sales strategies and goals.
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance overall sales performance.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B domains.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and email automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior professionals.
  • Analytical and proactive mindset with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
  • Flexibility with work hours as needed to meet business goals.
  • Educational Qualification: MBA or Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution.
