Job Summary:

Lakhotia College of Design is looking for a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller Executive to join our Admissions & Outreach team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing detailed course information, and guiding them through the admissions process via phone calls and messages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from leads generated through campaigns, events, and inquiries.
  • Explain course offerings, college USPs, and the admission process clearly and persuasively.
  • Follow up regularly with interested leads and schedule campus visits or counseling sessions.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Respond to WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to ensure smooth conversions.
  • Support in lead verification and feedback collection after workshops or events.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, Google Workspace).
  • Confidence, patience, and a friendly attitude.
  • Must be target-driven and result-oriented.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telecalling/customer service/admissions (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

According to industry standards and performance-based incentives.
