**Role Overview - Telecaller**

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented **Telecaller**to join our team If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy engaging with clients over the phone, and are driven by meeting targets, this role offers you the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients, promoting our services.
- Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and gather valuable customer information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information to convert leads into sales.
- Provide accurate and relevant information about our services and handle inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and outcomes using CRM software.
- Report feedback and insights from calls to the sales team for follow-up actions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a sales role.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency is an advantage.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive tone.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage targets.
