Jobs Expected to be performed by the Person :

- To drive and supervise IT related audits with internal and external stake holders ensuring successful end to end audit cycle.

- Supervise and guide audit team at IT Dept and ensure they meet assigned tasks in timely and efficient manner.

- Managing and coordinating major audits such as RBI CSITE IT Audit, IS Audit (external), IS Audit (Internal), Stat audit, vendor audits etc.

- Coordinating with external auditors on the audits conducted in IT Department and providing responses to audit queries /remarks and providing additional evidences requested by auditors.

- Conducting discussion on draft audit reports for finalization of the same with the auditors.

- Escalating delays in closure/response with SI and other internal or external stake holders.

- Participation of various discussions on audit interviews and also on determining closing timelines and methods.

- Participating in various committees - IT Steering Committee, ISGC, or other such committees when required.

- Timely provision of ATRs for IT Steering Committee, ISGC, IT Strategy Committee etc.

- Sending major audit dash boards to top management.

- Preparation of various notes to EVP, IT Steering Committee, IT Strategy Committee etc.

- Participating in Regulatory change management meeting with SI for following up of audit related regulatory changes.

- Work with IT Leads and Process Owners to step up compliance on audit observations and closing the same.

- Interacting with Risk team on identifying the critical applications and to include the same in the bank's BCP policy prepared by Risk department.

Major Responsibilities :

Responsible for establishing, maintaining, coordinating and overseeing Audit, compliance with policies and procedures regarding the confidentiality, integrity and security of information assets in addition to managing and coordinating the implementation of IT Security Initiatives

Key Competencies :

- Intermediate level knowledge on IT & InfoSec aspects.

- Strong knowledge on MS Office package

- Data Analysis and Data interpretation skills

- Good written communication skills in English.

- Good presentation skills

- All round IT exposure of few years including IT Documentation
