We are on the lookout for a seasoned Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive Lysto's financial success by overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, from reporting to compliance. You'll also collaborate with various departments to ensure that our financial strategies align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Finance & Accounting Operations:
Lead and manage all financial operations, ensuring compliance with applicable GAAP and other regulatory requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, tax and regulatory authorities, and professional advisors.Strategic Negotiations:
Lead negotiations with partners and vendors to optimize financial terms and support our strategic objectives.Reporting & Communication:
Prepare and communicate financial updates to internal stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.Compliance Management:
Ensure day-to-day business activities comply with Withholding Tax, GST, Forex, and State Laws in India, Singapore, and other operational regions.Cross-functional Alignment:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Operations, and Marketing, to align financial and business strategies.Industry Insight:
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications:Education:
Chartered Accountant (CA) from a premier institute.Experience:
6-10 years of financial management experience, preferably within a startup environment.Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of IGAAP, the Companies Act, 2013, and other financial regulations.Expertise:
Strong expertise in tax management, including GST, TDS, FEMA, and corporate law.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software and a keen eye for detail in data analysis.Industry Experience:
Experience or understanding of gaming and crypto accounting and regulatory landscapes is a plus.Proactive Approach:
Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and drive new initiatives.Continuous Learning:
Eagerness to learn and adapt across various functions.Business Acumen:
Strong inclination to understand and contribute to the business model and requirements.
