IBU affiliates are continuing to look for avenues to expand the horizons of value and hence the LCCI team is ramping up the international business unit (IBU) -Japan engagement. We are looking for a Team Lead to provide thought leadership to a team of talented Market Research and Forecasting professionals. The vision for this role is to help grow, stabilize, and penetrate the engagement further, to help expand the capabilities and drive global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
“Hands-on” Project Execution & Delivery: 50% time commitment Partner with Lilly market researchers based in the Japan BUs for high-quality execution and on-time delivery of the market research projects covering the spectrum of activities including Pivotal (secondary) and Primary research, social listening, and ForecastingServes as a trusted advisor by actively participating in various phases of the project including kick-off, approach development, execution, insight generation, and data visualizationsFor assigned projects may be required to:Communicate with stakeholders to present the final outputs and provide recommendations.Manage the data collection process with external agency partners to ensure data integrity and on-time delivery.Provide appropriate context for study findings based on prior market research, including secondary sources.Attention to detail in every step of the market research process to ensure accurate, on-time deliverables. Experience related requirements
