The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies that drive engagement, build community, and enhance brand visibility across all digital platforms.You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice online, creating compelling content, and analysing performance to continually improve our social presence. A passion for food, digital trends, and storytelling is essential for this role. A willingness to work in a startup environment, take on new challenges, and contribute to building a brand from the ground up will be a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign digital assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, social media creatives, emailers, and performance adsDevelop visual content for merchant onboarding and training materialsSupport the sales and merchant acquisition teams with customized pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateralEnsure brand consistency across all design touchpointsCollaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver high-impact visualsMaintain and manage a library of design assets and templatesStay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practicesMust-Have SkillsStrong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, You Tube, etc.)Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.Ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.Creative thinking with an eye for detail and aesthetics.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.5 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.Prior experience in a startup or Food Tech / E-commerce industry is a plus.Understanding of influencer marketing and online reputation management.Interested candidates, please drop your CV at
