As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Strategy & Planning**:
Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement. Plan and organize content calendars for consistent, timely posts across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Content Creation & Scheduling**:
Design and produce engaging content for social media posts, including images, graphics, short videos, and **Reels** (Instagram/Facebook). Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- **Meta Ads Management**:
Manage and optimize **Meta Ads** campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to boost reach, engagement, and conversions. Create targeted ad campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on analytics.
- **Community Management**:
Engage with followers, respond to comments, direct messages, and monitor social conversations to build strong online relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
Track and analyze the performance of social media content and paid campaigns using tools such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc. Provide monthly reports on key metrics and recommend improvements.
- **SEO Basics**:
- **Trend Awareness**:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and SEO to keep strategies fresh, relevant, and effective.
**Requirements**:
- **1-2 years of experience** in social media marketing, with a focus on content creation and community engagement.
- Proven experience creating **content calendars** for social media platforms and managing multiple accounts.
- Expertise in creating **social media posts** and **Reels** for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Solid understanding of **Meta Ads** (Facebook & Instagram Ads), including campaign creation, targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Basic knowledge of **SEO**, including keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO techniques.
- Familiarity with **social media scheduling tools**.
- Ability to create and analyze reports on social media performance and paid campaigns.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Knowledge of **social media trends** and the ability to adapt to new tools and features (e.g., Instagram Reels, Stories, etc.).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with **paid media campaigns** and **ad optimization** on platforms such as Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Familiarity with **Google Analytics** and other reporting tools for analyzing social media performance.
- Knowledge of **photo and video editing** tools.
- Experience in handling and responding to negative comments or public relations issues on social media in a professional and timely manner.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
