Job Summary: As a Human Resource Generalist at B:Live, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and

Designation – HR Manager


Locations – Bangalore


Key Responsibilities:


1.) Payroll Management and Tax


a.) Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory

regulations.

b.) Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure timely adjustments to payroll systems.

c.) Provide guidance on HR-related taxation matters and maintain compliance. 


2.) Training and Development:

a.) Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and

performance.

b.) Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current employees.

c.) Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and update materials as needed.

3.) Performance Management:


a.) Implement and manage the performance review process, ensuring timely and

constructive feedback.

b.) Assist managers in setting performance goals and developing improvement plans.

c.) Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for

improvement.


4.) Employee Engagement:


a.) Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive

workplace culture.

b.) Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events.

c.) Conduct surveys and gather feedback to measure employee satisfaction and

implement improvements.


Qualifications:

a.) Education: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

b.) Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.

c.) Proficient in payroll management and tax compliance.

d.) Strong background in training and development programs.

e.) Experience with performance management systems and processes.

f.) Proven track record in fostering employee engagement and improving workplace culture.
