Experience: 5-10 Years
Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems, provide feedback to employees, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Culture Building & Engagement: Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support long-term organizational growth.
Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new talent.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the technology or automotive industry.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.

HR Expertise: Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
