What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML models.
  • Build scalable ML pipelines with
    PySpark
    and
    MLflow
    .
  • Work with structured & unstructured data using
    Pandas
    ,
    NumPy
    , etc.
  • Train & fine-tune models using
    scikit-learn
    ,
    TensorFlow
    , or
    PyTorch
    .
  • Explore & integrate
    LLMs
    like
    OpenAI GPT
    and
    Hugging Face Transformers
    .
  • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers & developers.
  • Ensure reproducibility and model tracking with
    MLflow
    .
  • Optimize models for accuracy, performance & reliability.


What We're Looking For:

  • 6–8 years of hands-on ML engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    & ML frameworks.
  • Expertise in
    PySpark
    ,
    MLflow
    , and model lifecycle management.
  • Experience with
    LLMs
    or a strong interest in working with them.
  • Solid grasp of
    MLOps
    and model deployment best practices.


Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to
    cloud ML platforms
    (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI/ML, or related field.
