Job Description: Financial Services Sales Executive / Manager Position: Financial Services Sales Executive / Manager Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Onsite - Bangalore Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team in Financial Services Sales. The role involves acquiring new clients, promoting financial products (such as insurance, investments, loans, or mutual funds), building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for financial products and services. 2. Promote and sell a range of financial solutions (Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans, Fixed Deposits, Retirement Plans, etc.). 3. Understand clients’ financial needs and provide suitable product recommendations. 4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. 5. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. 6. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. 7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. 8. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. * Prior experience (0–5+ years) in financial services sales, banking, or insurance. * Strong knowledge of financial products and services. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. * Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. * Self-motivated, energetic, and resilient under pressure.
