Job Summary We are looking for a talented and creative designer who can translate ideas into visually compelling presentations, social media assets, and video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, attention to detail, and experience creating engaging content- especially for LinkedIn and B2B audiences. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality presentations (corporate decks, sales decks, pitch decks, case studies, and internal communications). Create visually engaging social media creatives , with a strong focus on LinkedIn posts, banners, and carousels . Develop and edit video content including short promotional videos, reels, motion graphics, and basic animations. Ensure brand consistency across all design assets in line with brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful designs. Convert complex concepts into simple, clear, and visually appealing designs for B2B audiences. Stay updated with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative tools. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience of 3+ Yrs as a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer . Strong expertise in PowerPoint / Google Slides for professional presentations. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, etc.). Experience creating LinkedIn-focused creatives and understanding platform-specific design requirements. Basic to intermediate video editing and motion design skills. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy. Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly. A strong portfolio showcasing presentations, social media designs, and video work. Good to Have Experience working with B2B / IT / Technology / Consulting brands. Knowledge of branding and visual identity systems. Familiarity with marketing and demand-generation campaigns. Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
