Role & Responsibilities : Create visually appealing designs for signage, branding, and advertising materials. Design creatives for flex banners, hoardings, glow signs, ACP signage, standees, and displays. Develop artwork for digital printing, UV printing, laser cutting, and plotter cutting jobs. Prepare print-ready files with proper dimensions, bleed, and color profiles. Work closely with sales and production teams to understand client requirements. Edit, modify, and finalize designs based on client feedback and approvals. Ensure brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials. Maintain organized design files and follow naming/version control standards. Support digital marketing creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media posts. Assist in branding materials for exhibitions, events, and offline promotions. Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 2-5 years experience as a Graphic Designer (Printing/Signage industry preferred). Strong command over CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Good understanding of print processes, materials, and color management. Experience in signage layouts, large-format printing, and branding creatives. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Basic knowledge of digital marketing creatives will be an added advantage. Creative mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills to coordinate with sales and production teams. Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new design trends. Reliable, responsible, and committed to quality output.
