B2B Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy: Formulate and execute strategies to drive B2B sales growth in alignment with company objectives- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients (retailers, corporates, distributors), deliver portfolio presentations, and close new business deals- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of client projects- Contract Negotiation & Closing: Lead pricing and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with company policies- Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and position the company as an industry leader- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to management
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Bachelors degree with a 5-7 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing sectors. MBA is a plus- Skills: Strong B2B sales expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Google Suite- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, strategic thinker, with proven problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and in a team- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
