About the Team:

Responsibilities:

- Build Algorithmic trading products in education and fintech for individual traders and financial institutions- Apply analytical and quantitative techniques to strategy and contribute to different teams: product, marketing, sales to improve efficiency and productivity- Understand pain and issues faced by the Algo trading industry across major markets and contribute in coming up with solutions- Take entrepreneurial positions to help achieve QuantInsti vision

Requirements:

- 7-15 years of relevant experience in financial markets, trading, or quantitative research.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in:- Probability, statistics, and algorithms.- Machine learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.- The Python data science and machine learning stack.- Solid understanding of data structures, and data modeling- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, finance, or a related quantitative field from a reputed institution.- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for content creation.

Preferred Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Quant Researcher, or in a similar role.- Proven ability to design and implement machine learning systems for real-world applications.- Passion for continuous learning and innovative thinking.
