Job Description: -

The Mortgage conditions review associate review and determine the eligibility of documents received and accordingly take action on the conditions available on loan.

Mortgage conditions review associate role includes but not limited to analyzing and verifying documents received against conditions, review all 4 C’s and make decisions whether a condition can be satisfied or not.

The incumbent ensures the accurate, efficient, and timely flow of information/documentation for offering quality and efficient services.


Responsibilities: -

  1. Review documents received against conditions and accordingly action the conditions.
  2. Analyzing credit, income, and assets documents to properly assess condition’s requirement and promptly provide decisions
  3. Review property documentation including title commitments, sales contracts, insurance, and flood determinations
  4. Maintain a well-developed knowledge of loan product guidelines and industry regulations, including assisting in the prevention, detection, and resolution of mortgage fraud
  5. Review and analyze appraisals for value and compliance with industry requirements
  6. Demonstrate the ability to independently make sound decisions based on the creditworthiness of the applicants based on established underwriting guidelines, policies, procedures, knowledge, and experience
  7. Complete Daily Quality audits as per the process requirement - Quality Analyst is responsible for Chat / Backoffice evaluations, monitoring, assessing and improving the Quality of service
  8. Provide Feedback to the agents for the error identified
  9. Conduct Customer comeback analysis for all the errors received from the clients
  10. To meet the monthly Sampling numbers as per the target
  11. Complete the Feedback targets as specified in the QSD (Quality Standard Document)
  12. Prepare all team and client related reports for Quality
  13. Complete RCA for all the errors identified
  14. Ensure the QA process adheres to ISO guidelines
  15. Identify the improvement areas for staff and share it with the AM/DM/GM Quality
  16. Communication with clients on a periodic basis
  17. Complete the Calibration exercise on a periodic basis as defined
  18. Create Error analysis/RCA Report
  19. Attend all the development and quality trainings that are Prescribed for a QA
  20. Help operations in identifying the TNI(Training Need Information) for the low performing staff



Qualifications: -

Bachelors in any stream.
