Job Title: Operations Associate – Incorporation and Management

Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar Phase V)

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to join our team in Gurgaon to assist with the incorporation and management functions.


Job Summary:

The Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of incorporation services, client management, and administrative operations. You will be responsible for supporting the incorporation process of companies globally and providing efficient business management services. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle company incorporation processes for international clients, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and incorporation.
  • Assist in the management of business operations, including document handling, filing, and submission to regulatory bodies.
  • Support the team in executing tasks related to business registrations, bank account openings, and other necessary services.
  • Prepare and manage reports, databases, and files related to ongoing incorporation projects.
  • Provide client support and resolve issues related to incorporation or ongoing company management services.
  • Monitor and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of global incorporation laws, regulations, and practices.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in incorporation services or business management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days a week, 10 AM to 7 PM, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays as working days.
