Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in bench sales or US IT recruitment. This role involves identifying and placing IT consultants on bench with potential clients, managing relationships, and ensuring successful job placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit IT consultants for bench sales.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
Negotiate pay rates and terms of employment with candidates.
Manage and update candidate databases and profiles.
Coordinate with sales and account management teams to meet client requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in client needs.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in recruitment processes.
Provide regular updates to candidates on the status of their applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in bench sales or IT recruitment.
Should be able to market USC, GC, H4EAD & H1B Visas.
Should have sound knowledge about US Visa's & Tax terms like - C2C, W2 & 1099.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to build and maintain a network of potential consultants.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
