Job Summary

The Human Resources Executive will be vital in managing and supporting key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to contribute to a productive and positive work environment.Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and OnboardingCoordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the organization.Employee RelationsServe as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Performance ManagementCould you assist in implementing performance evaluation systems and making sure that you review them?Support managers in setting employee goals and providing constructive feedback.Training and DevelopmentIdentify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Organize workshops, seminars, and other developmental initiatives.HR Compliance and AdministrationEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.Please make sure to maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave management.HR Policies and ProceduresAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.Regularly review and update policies to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.Compensation and BenefitsSupport payroll processes, benefits administration, and employee incentives.Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.06 Months of experience in HR roles; prior experience as an HR Executive is a plus.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Key Competencies

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
